We are pleased to offer our customers a two tier postage rate based on the value of your Orders.
Standard First Class Delivery is FREE – normally 3-5 working days but please allow up to 28 days in accordance with Royal Mail’s service terms.
Next Day Delivery is £5.00 per package for orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri.
Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail or an equivalent service.

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the next working day.

We are unable to deliver orders outside of the UK and Channel Islands at present.
Your delivery address can be different to your home billing address, so you can arrange for your goods to be sent to your workplace should you not be at home during the daytime. If the delivery person cannot deliver your order because no one is in, a card will usually be left giving instructions on how to arrange redelivery.
Problems with your order
If you have not received the entire order within 7 working days (or 28 days for items sent using Standard First Class Delivery), please contact via the contact us form. Please remember to quote your order confirmation number.
We take a great deal of care when packing orders to make sure that the items you’ve ordered arrive undamaged, however, occasionally goods do get damaged in transit . If your order arrived damaged please contact via the contact us form. Please remember to quote your order confirmation number. Please contact us before you return the damaged items and quote your order confirmation number.

If you decide within 7 days that you do not want your unused item, send it back to us in mint condition in the original packaging and we can refund you the cost of the items or exchange the item.
Customers are entitled to a full refund excluding delivery charges for up to a maximum of 7 working days. We do not refund postage and packing unless the item is damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that have clearly been used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please follow the steps below to claim your refund or exchange:
Contact via the contact us form stating that you would like to return an item quoting your order confirmation number. Please let us know if you’d like an exchange or a refund.
Repackage the unwanted items in the original packaging and send them to the following address, including the completed returns form: ClutterClutch, 5 Warfield Road, London, NW10 5LA
You may want to send it via Registered Delivery as we will be unable to process your refund or exchange if your items go missing.
Once we receive your package and form we will either send you the alternative item you’ve requested or refund the item to your credit card. Refunds will take up to 7 working days to go through from receipt of the goods.
We are unable to offer a refund on items purchased with a gift voucher.
